Familiarize yourself with incoming guests (VIP's, Regular Guests and any Celebrity). |

Constantly monitor the Airport or City shuttle bus, assuring that the bus is arriving/departing according to schedule. |

|
Acknowledge the events of the day (inside & outside the hotel). |

Assist all departure guest with transportation arrangement. |

Assist guest with any air ticket related query. |

Check for any late departure. |

Provide suggestions for In-house guests and assist with rescheduling bookings upon their request. |

Amend and send the “Pre-Arrival” email letter for next 3 days arrivals. |

Maintain Cleanliness of the lobby entrance, portico and driveway. |

Assist Bell Boys with check in & check out (if necessary). |

Follow up any pending request from guests. |

Upsell hotel facilities as and when appropriate. |

Standby to direct any visitors to the hotel restaurant, SPA, recreation centre, bar etc. |

Assist arrival guest with luggage. |

|
Patrol hotel premise on a regular basis report to the Engineering for any defects or irregularities. |
