Check & Clear concierge Traces/Actionable Items in PMS a timely and regular manner. | ||
Familiarize yourself with incoming guests (VIP’s, Regular Guests and any Celebrity). | ||
Constantly monitor the Airport or City shuttle bus, assuring that the bus is arriving/departing according to schedule. | ||
Acknowledge the events of the day (inside & outside the hotel). |
10:30 – 13:00 | Assist all departure guest with transportation arrangement. | |
Assist guest with any air ticket related query. | ||
Check for any late departure. | ||
Provide suggestions for In-house guests and assist with rescheduling bookings upon their request. | ||
Amend and send the “Pre-Arrival” email letter for next 3 days arrivals. | ||
