A hotel information sheet can include details about the amenities available, such as a fitness center, pool, or on-site restaurant. It may also list the types of rooms available, such as a standard room, suite, or executive suite.
Other information that may be included on the sheet could be check-in and check-out times, parking options, and whether or not the hotel is pet-friendly. By reviewing the hotel information sheet before booking your stay, you can make an informed decision about where to stay and what to expect during your visit.
Generally, a Hotel Information sheet is kept on all guest rooms, This helps to give an overview of all services and facilities provided by the hotel to the guests.
This sheet also contains the details and timing of in-house Restaurants, Spas, etc. along with the direct extension number for Reception, Housekeeping, and Room Service.

Water from the tap is not potable, You will, therefore, find two complimentary bottles of drinking water in your room daily, For additional supplies, will be charged to your account.

Extra Bed and Cribs
It is available upon request. There will be an additional charge for an extra bed.
Each room is fitted with individual digital thermostat control for the central air conditioning unit, The temperature and the fan speed can be adjusted to the level you feel comfortable.
Laundry / Dry Cleaning
The hotel has an in-house laundry facility and is pleased to supply this service daily. Laundry bags are located in the wardrobe of your room. Kindly fill out the laundry form and our staff will pick up your laundry from your room. Please do not put your laundry bag outside the room.
In consideration of other guests, durian, jackfruit, and other fruits with offensive odors may not be brought into the hotel premises.
Doctor on call
Should you require medical attention, a nurse is on standby 24 hours a day at the hotel and a doctor is on call at all times for emergencies. The doctor’s fee can be billed to your room account.
Provides a wide range of services like information about (mention your city name), ticket and tour bookings. Maps of (mention city name) are also available with the concierge. Additionally, mail and postage services can be done through our concierge.
Safety Deposit box.
Guests are advised to use the hotel’s safety deposit boxes located in all guest rooms for keeping their valuables as the hotel’s liability is limited for such items. Safety boxes are also available at the front desk.
Executive club lounge
Located on the (mention floor), it is for the exclusive use of those staying in our premier and executive rooms. It’s open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Facilities include complimentary breakfast, and evening cocktails with snacks, coffee, and tea throughout the day.
Should you require a wake-up call then please contact our reception staff or the wake-up call can be set directly from your room telephone. Please follow the instructions kept beside the telephone for the same.
For your convenience and refreshment, a selection of beverages and snacks are available in your room. The mini bar will be re-stocked daily and the consumption will be billed to your room account. Should you have other requirements, please contact our staff.

Fire and Emergency
For emergencies like fire/earthquake / another emergency please call “4”. In case of fire calmly tell our staff the location of the and if possible, the extent of it, then leave immediately! Additionally please refer to the “Fire safety and security card” for further fire safety instructions. The evacuation plan is on the back of your door.
