Inventory Analysis Form (F&B) – Hotels | Resorts

Inventory analysis form is a document that records the quantity of items in stock and the value of those items. In the hotel F&B Operations, this form is used to track the items that are most commonly sold and to help make decisions about what items to keep in stock.

The Inventory analysis form also helps to identify slow-moving items so that decisions can be made about whether to continue to carry those items.
