Generally, Hotel Information sheet is kept on all guest rooms, This helps to give an overview of all services and facilities provided by the hotel to the guests.

And this sheet also contains the details and timing of in-house Restaurants, Spa etc. along with the direct extension number for Reception, Housekeeping and Room Service.

Drinking Water

Water from the tap is not potable, You will therefore, find two complimentary bottles of drinking water in your room daily, For additional supplies, will be charged to your account.

Iron Boards

Iron and Ironing board is available upon request, Kindly contact our housekeeping department at EXTENSION 44.


Multi-pin adaptor and extension box is available upon request.

Extra Bed and Cribs

It is available upon request. There will be additional charge for extra bed.


Each room is fitted with individual digital thermostat control for the central air conditioning unit, The temperature and the fan speed can be adjusted to the level you feel comfortable.

Laundry / Dry Cleaning

The hotel has an in-house laundry facility and is pleased to supply this service daily. Laundry bags are located in the wardrobe of your room. Kindly fill out the laundry form and our staff will pickup your laundry from your room. Please do not put your laundry bag outside the room.


In consideration of other guests, durain, jackfruit and other fruits with offensive odours may not be brought in to the hotel premises.

Doctor on call

Should you require medical attention, a nurse is on standby 24 hours a day at the hotel and a doctor is on call at all times for emergencies. Doctor's fee can be billed to your room account.


Provides with a wide range of services like information about (mention your city name), ticket and tour bookings. Maps of (mention city name) is also available with the concierge. Additonaly mail and postage services can be done through our concierge. 

Safety Deposit box.

Guest are advised to use the hotel's safety deposit boxes located on all guest rooms for keeping their valuables as hotel's liability is limited for such items. Safety boxes are also available at the front desk.

Executive club lounge

Located on the (mention floor), it is for the exclusive use of those staying in our premier and executive rooms. Its open from 6 a.m to 10 p.m. Facilities include complimentary breakfast, evening cocktails with snacks, coffee and tea throughout the day.

Wake-up call.

Should you require a wake-up call then please contact our reception staff or alternatively the wake-up call can be set directly from your room telephone. Please follow the instruction kept beside the telephone for the same.

Mini Bar

For you convenience and refreshment a selection of beverages and snacks are available in your room. The mini bar will be re-stocked on a daily basis and the consumption is billed to your room account. Should you have other requirements, please contact our staff.

Currency Exchange

Major Foreign currencies are exchangeable at the Reception desk.

Baby Sitting

We provide baby sitting services, but please note that enough notice time (min 24 hrs) is required.


A shoeshine cloth can be found in the wardrobe. Should you wish to have a your shoes polished, please contact us. Do not put your shoes outside your room.

IN-Room Dining

Please consult the In-Room dining staff at EXTENSION "8", for private dining in your room. 24 hours service for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. Please refer to our In-room dining meny available in your room.

Fire and Emergency

For emergency like  fire / earthquake / Other emergency please call "4". In case of fire calmly tell our staff the location of the and if possible, the extent of it, then leave immediately! Additionally please refer to the "Fire safety and security card" for further fire safety instruction. The evacuation plan is on the back of your door.

Fitness centre and Spa

Our fitness centre and SPA is located on the 25th floor . Exercise equipment, aerobic, sauna, traditional massage etc are available. Please call EXTENSION "35" for more details.

Business Centre

Located at the lobby level. This service will assist you in all official needs like typing , photocopy, facsimile, e-mail, computer rental, secretarial service, multi-lingual translation, courier and shipping service.
