How to set up a Cocktail Table?

Standard Operating Policy – SOP Cocktail Table Setup:

Cocktail Table Setup SOP Stage 1: Layout the table.

  • Get it right the first time and every single time to have a good table setup.
  •  Layout the small round table spread evenly in the function room.
  •  The table must be in good condition, with no damage and no shaking table.
  •  Taking personal care to delight our customers.
  •  Lay the tablecloth to cover the table.
  •  The table cloth should be clean without any strains & holes.

Note: Show care to the guests and make them feel that they made the right choice to have the function at your hotel.

Cocktail Table Setup SOP Stage 2: Setting up the Cocktail Table.

  • Use the skirt clip to skirt the table.
  •  The skirting must be well pressed, straight, and with no holes.
  •  Set ashtray, matches bud vase, tidbits, and cocktail napkins.
  •  Chinaware is all clean without spots and cracks.
  •  Cocktail napkins should be folded nicely in diamond style.
  •  Well, preparation to ensure the function will be successful and show care to the customer.
  •  The cocktail table will be always as follows:
  •  Cocktail table (round table, must be in good condition and not broken.)
  •  Table cloth must be clean and there no holes.
  •  Ashtray must be cleaned and not chips.
  •  Matches must be filled full.
  •  Bud vases must have fresh flowers.
  •  Tidbits must be filled at all times.
  •  Cocktail napkins are folded in diamond style and placed in glass.
