Ensure Cleanliness of the lobby entrance, portico and driveway.

 

Print daily report (In-house Report/Airport Pickup and Drop off / Arrival Report/ Departure Report/ VIP In-house, Arrivals and Departures).

 

Check the Luggage Room/Cross check with the Left luggage log book.

 

Control the concierge log book/transportation/Daily event list/City Happenings.

 

Check the departure report.

 

Pick up luggage when needed.

 

Check stationary.

 

Check today’s parcel (Hold for Collection, Hold for Arrival).

 

Check early arrivals

 

Prepare Welcome Letter and Welcome Kit for Arrivals.

 

Check  & Clear concierge Traces/Actionable Items in PMS a timely and regular manner.

 

Familiarize yourself with incoming guests (VIP's, Regular Guests and any Celebrity).

 

Constantly monitor the Airport or City shuttle bus, assuring that the bus is arriving/departing according to schedule.

 

Assist departure guest with transportation arrangement.

 

Maintain Cleanliness of the lobby entrance, portico and driveway.

 

Assist Reception team with check in & check out (if necessary).

 

Prepare handover to Afternoon Team.

 

13:00 – 14:00

Attend Afternoon briefing and handover for afternoon team.

 

14:00 - 20:00

Standby to direct any visitors to the hotel restaurant, SPA, recreation centre, bar etc.

 

Check late departure.

 

Provide suggestions for In-house guests and assist with rescheduling bookings upon their request.

 

Upsell hotel facilities.

 

Update the guests Profile details in the PMS/Hotel Software.

 

Check emails and reply to all emails promptly.

 

Follow up any pending request.

 

Assist arrival guest with luggage.

 

Constantly monitor the Airport or City shuttle bus, assuring that the bus is arriving/departing according to schedule.

 

Amend and send the “Pre-Arrival” email letter for next 3 days arrivals.

 

Patrol hotel premise on a regular basis report to the Engineering for any defects or irregularities.
