Saloon Cancellation Policy:

48-hour cancellation penalty: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours but 24 hours before the appointment time, 15% of the treatment cost will be charged to your room account/ Credit card.

24-hour Cancellation Penalty: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, 30% of the treatment cost will be charged to your room account / Credit card.
