Who I Am
SetupMyHotel.com is independently owned and operated by me, Augustine, a hotelier with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I hold a diploma with honors from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Amity University. I am also a certified hospitality trainer and have trained hotel professionals in multiple countries.
My Mission
I created SetupMyHotel.com in 2011 with the mission to support hoteliers, hospitality students, and professionals by sharing free, practical resources to simplify daily hotel operations. Running a hotel is complex and I aim to make it easier.

All articles, downloads, and materials are personally created, curated, or reviewed by me. I draw on my direct experience in hotel operations and training to ensure the resources are practical and accurate. Any guest contributions (if any) are clearly labeled and reviewed for quality.
